At Kendale, the Managing Director, is the supervisor. Each tradesperson is hand picked to achieve the desired result. Rod Pengilley is our Managing Director.  Rod's father was a well respected builder. Rod has an honours degree in building (Bachelor of Applied Science in Building). With 30 years of expertise he knows and appreciates that it requires a team effort to maximise the project. The team being the Builder, the Client and the Architect. We appreciate and respect the ability and skills of a good Architect.
